Add link in Information box on left

Hello,

 

Client wants to add a link to a page called Size Chart above Shipping & Returns, Privacy Notice and Contact Us in the left Information box.

 

I can't see how to do this. I think it would have to be an html page as the chart has a table in it. I don't know for sure about that though as I am very much a "php newbie".

 

The store is www.southernapparel.org/shop/

 

How can I do this (or can I even do it this way)?

 

I thought about a link on the home page of the store linking to the html page but they prefer it be in the Information box if possible.
