socal_kl Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 Hello again, This is just not my day I suppose. I just moved hosts for my osC. Few weird things happening. The site is running fine, except that the shopping cart is not working. When I hit add to cart, it just takes me to the shopping_cart.php page and it says "Your Shopping Cart is Empty". Was searching through the forums found some really good post that seem to be helping everyone. I've tried everything that I've seen and nothing seems to work. So I decided to go to the /admin part of my page. When I click admin-->tools--->file manager .. all kinds of folders are showing up with names I've never seen before. Most folders are empty, some have over 50 + files in each. None of the subcategories that aren't working with the osC system aren't even showing up in the file manager, but are displaying on the website. So I'm not even sure where they're being uploaded too. I'm not new to osC but I'm not a pro. I'm not sure what to do or how to approach this, but I believe that this is effecting the reason my cart isn't functioning properly. Any suggestions on what to do, after seeing all of that in the file manager I'm not sure where to go from here. Thanks alot :'( Weather you think you can, or you think you can't. Your right.

As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. socal_kl Posted November 19, 2007 Author Posted November 19, 2007 done that, sites running fine. only real problems i'm having is the shopping cart keeps displaying as empty even when i add products. and the fact that when looking at my site through the osc admin mod, no files show up, the products show up but no files/images in the file manager. but everything shows up when i look at it through my hosting cpanel. im just so confussed as to what happened.... anyone ? :mellow: Weather you think you can, or you think you can't.
