Combine Duplicate Customer Accouts

My store has been in service for about a year now and I am approaching several thousand customers. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes a customer will setup a 2nd account because he (or she) changes email address or forgets or ....

 

Is there a way to combine two accounts and have the associated orders follow them??
