Site name not showing in broswer bar

Hi there i am trying to build a new site from an old template, I have saved the configuration values of my store such as name etc but now the old site name is still showing in the browser bar, how do i fix this

Suspect it is in english.php, you could change it to this, if you have a store name set up

 

// page title

define('TITLE', STORE_NAME);
