No order email sent to the customer

Hi,

 

I've setup osCommerce on our site and everything is working fine, but for 1 thing. When a customer makes an order, he doesn't get an order email. All other outgoing emails work ok, it's only the order email that doesn't get sent. Anyone know where to 'turn this option on'?
