jonw118 Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 I've had authorize.net AIM contrib installed and working for quite a while. Suddenly - it's no longer working! Transactions aren't even showing up on Authorize.net unsettled transactions as declined or anything.... it's almost like the module is no longer "talking" to authorize.net. Does anyone have any clue as to why this would happen. The only thing that's changed at all on the site is the SSL was renewed... other than that, everything's the same. Thanks! Jon
jonw118 Posted November 19, 2007 Author Posted November 19, 2007 Also... I'm not sure if that CURL thing could have anything to do with it... I email my servers NOC and here's what they told me: "CURL is currently compiled into PHP. Do you need it removed?" Currently in CURL I have "none"... could that have something to do with it?
jonw118 Posted November 19, 2007 Author Posted November 19, 2007 One other thing, if it helps at all... when gives the error message that it could not authorize the card... it doesn't say the reason why at the beginning, which is telling me that it's not communicating at all with Authorize.net. I would really appreciate anyone's guidance about what I should look into. This is horrible with the Holidays starting up!
kams912 Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 This is not a new problem but it is a terrible one because short of moving your site or you SQL host off godaddy there is nothing you can do. Some seem to think as well as me that the is a DOS (denial of service attack)

Some seem to think as well as me that the is a DOS (denial of service attack) Hmmm... I'm not hosted with GoDaddy... I have it on VPS server, so I have full control over it. There have been no changes besides a new SSL installed. I have no idea - but Holiday season starts today, and this is a VERY high volume site and my hands are tied... I have no idea what to do. I put an ad on Guru looking to pay someone to fix - but nobodies responding, so this must be a stumping issue. My VPS host swears that absolutely nothing has been changed on the server.
