white bar - add to cart

I have a black background on my os site

and on the products page and most others - there is a white bar ( or small panel) with two buttons "reviews" and "add to cart"

 

What I want to do is get rid of this white panel, or changes its color to blend with the rest of the site

 

How do I do this , what is the panel name

Another thing to do is install the Web Developer add-on for Firefox and check the css.

After installing go to your site select information

 

Display id and class details

 

This will pint you to the bit of the css you need to edit.
