Guest Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 I have no idea how this could have happened, but my webshop was running normally yesterday morning and when I checked again in the evening all the products in my catalog had been deleted. IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET THEM BACK? Thank you Jenny

Strange that the products would just delete themselves for no reason. Did you install something? Do you see the products in Admin?
Guest Posted November 18, 2007 Posted November 18, 2007 Thank you very much! Yes I know that it's strange, infact I didn't install anything or even touch the computer in between the 2 occassions. Whe I came back everything was deleted PANIC! No, I can't see them in admin, unfortunatelly. Hopefully you are right and I can restore my back up from yesterday, but HOW DO I DO THAT? Tahnks again Jenny Well, if what you say is correct, and you have a very recent backup. Go to admin tools and select the backup by clicking on it, then click on the resore button at the top right of screen. This will restore your database backup. After this, if it is not as it was, contact your webhost and ask them to explain what has happened.
