not being notified of new orders

Hi all, a small problem' customers know what they bought, but I don't and it gets embarrassing when I have to ring them to find out what they have bought from the store they register with no problem but their order reads 0 I have notification from paypal to say I have received payment but the email from paypal do not list the items they have bought. Now sometimes I have an order from a customer and everything is fine but more than often I have to ring them. I have put a large message on the order checkout_success.php page which reads "Your Order Has Been Processed but please remember to hit the continue button so that I know what you have ordered!" now whether they do I don't know just would like to get this sorted out so I know what they have bought.

 

any help would be great

Did you check the Admin>Store Configuration>My Store>Send Extra Order Emails to: [email protected] if you didn't that is why your not getting your orders

Before you do any changes on your site you need to do BACKUP! BACKUP!
