Skip Shipping if Zero Weight

Here is what I would like to accomplish. I only use one shipping method which is UPS. If my products are set to zero weight I would like for it to skip the shipping section. I tried setting my tare weight to zero but it still goes to the shipping page and gives the following error:

 

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

United Parcel Service

An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations.

Packages must weigh more than zero pounds.

If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

Does anyone know how to make this work?

There is a contribution that will do it, zero weight is what you can search on in the contributions area.
