Order_history.php

Hi,

 

I am working on the following site:

 

www.cantonteaco.com (username: canton. Password: Tw1ckenham)

 

For some reason whenever I try and login after creating an order, osCommerce appends the order_history.php to the top of every page. This is appended before even the first html tag is written.

 

I am at a loss to see what has caused this problem. Can anyone give me some pointers why this might be happening? Or even a list of files to check?

 

For reference I have installed the Purchase without Account module.
