From Win2k Advanced Server, you need to install and configure IIS. Then, you'll need to install PHP4 (http://www.php.net). For a database, you'll need to install MySQL (http://www.mysql.com)

Off the top of my head, I don't know of any sites you could reference for tutorials on web and mail servers on Windows. You might want to search on your favorite search engine. Perhaps someone else can suggest a good site?

IIS is easy to setup....securing it is the bigger problem. Once you get it installed and working, I suggest you run the IIS Lockdown tool available free from Microsoft for starters. You should also install the latest Win2k service pack (Service Pack 3) and apply any post SP3 hot fixes, as well as keep up with any new security holes and subsequent fixes from the MS site.

As for a mail server, the commercial ones can get "pricey" on a Windows platform depending on what you want. I don't know of any OpenSource mail servers other than Xmail (http://www.xmailserver.org) for the Win32 platform, and to be honest I haven't even tried Xmail...again perhaps someone else can suggest a decent mail server for Win32?
