Parse error when installing contributions

I really know nothing about creating website but the person I paid to set up my site is gone and I have to do it all by myself. Thanks to this forum, I got access to many new contributions to upgrade my site. Unfortunately, while I was trying to install the "Discount Coupon Code" contribution, I got the following message:

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ')' in /home/gndst3/public_html/store/admin/includes/boxes/catalog.php on line 31

 

I was unable to access my admin back-end to change or update the file. Does anyone here have any idea what I should do? I have also attached the admin/includes/boxes/catalog.php codes below.
