change text color from black to white

My oscommerce site has a black background

The text color on index page is white, which is what i wanted

 

On some of the other pages the text is black upon black

How can I change this to white ( and more to the point WHERE do I change it )

Look in contrib area for stylesheet. Download it and have a look in the file.
