Post Purchase Product Entry

Ok, here's the deal...I get those guys who decide to pay through PayPal and rather than clicking the "Continue" button and be returned back to the shop, they simply close the browser. Then once "those guys" log back into their shop account it doesn't show that they made the purchase...then they come yelling and screaming "I made the payment!! I have a PayPal confirmation that shows you took my money!!" (Bla Bla Bla)...

 

Not to mention my inventory has not been updated, etc...

 

My Question is:

Is there a way to manually enter a purchased product for a certain customer other than going through phpMyAdmin, or some other MySQL manager and inserting purchases, etc.?

(Anyone know of a contribution or something that would help with this?)
