How to have one item per row instead of two?

Hi!

 

Help! I've modded my store and increased the size of the thumbnail images, because the website I'm working on is for art, which requires larger images. The item titles, on the product listing, however, are now squished because of the image size...

 

How do I make it so there is only ONE item per row, when you look at product listings, instead of the usual TWO? Another way of looking at it is, products are shown in columns of TWO, and I need it to be columns of ONE so each item has its own line with more space.

Okay, okay, I figured out how to have just one column by editting the product_listing.php file, but, the one column that's left is still squished! how do I stetch out the table area where the description is? and space it out? so is fills in the white space to the right?

Just kidding ... figured that out too. Just edit the table structure in the product_listing.php in the includes/module folder. Sorry for posting to myself. Seems like I always manage to figure things out as soon as I get frustrated and post :-P

Any chance you might explain how you got your products down to just one column. Im using osc 2.2. Been trying to work this one out for a while?.

Im a newbeee.
