Editing configure.php to show a domain name

Hey guys and girls! Here is goes I am in the process of switching to osCommerce but I dont want to take down my current store till I have the new one all set.

 

The current one is pointing to homedir/str

The new one is in homedir/store

 

What I want to do when I have it all set up is change my domain to point to homedir/store

 

but the only issue I have is for osCommerce to recognize the domain instead of a subdirectory I know I have to edit the configur.php file but where in here?
