Disable the Delivery Address option

Hi,

 

I'm in the process of setting up my new shop. While testing the checkout process, I noticed that the user has the option of changing the delivery address. I do not want the option available to customers.

 

I know that some people will say that without this option, I will lose potential sales, but I'm ok with that. I'm thinking about the opportunity for fraud. If someone was to have a stolen credit card, they could enter the correct billing address and then just have the order shipped somewhere else.

 

Is there an area in the administrator setup where I can disable this feature?
