Orders show list - Urgent

At my store on www.tumbao.pt when someone make an order it doesn't show up in orders list, on admin CP! Please need help urgently...

Paylpal confirm a paiement, but on OSC sidee nothing is notified...neither in admin neither trough an email etc...
