Cannot create new accout

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the sign up capabilities set up so new people can sign up and into my page.

I only have the one account for developement that is setup for Admin right now.

I wanted to set up a Ghost account so I can preview any changes and test my set ups.

 

I keep getting this error message:

 

Mypage.com has sent an incorrect or unexpected message. Error Code: -12263

Is anybody out there familiar with this that can assist me?

 

I've got my installation working ok just a few little things to change mostly header titles and color changes add a box and we'll be up and running and tweaking a little at a time. I'm really looking forward to this!
