Messy Credit Card Situation.

So I just started using OS Commerce and I switched from Volusion, but I am having troube setting up the e-commerce system, mainly the credit card processing part.

 

I use plug and pay for my credit card processing.

 

So the orders on the customers-orders page do not match the credit processing records. Orders would show up on the customer-order page but it doesnt appear to be processed on my credit card terminal. Also, some orders that have been processed successfully, according to my credit card terminal, but dont show up on the customer-order pages at all.

 

When I click on customers, it shows that I have 44 customers but only 14 orders from those customers. This problem also applies to Paypal, what does "preparing Paypal" mean, those records are not showing up in my Paypal page either.

 

So basically the customer-order page is a hit-or-miss, a majority of the orders listed on that page are credit card orders and they all say "pending" and they do not show up on my credit terminal, The orders that are actually in my credit card terminal do not show up on the customer-order page.

 

There is also the small glitch in that double processing of a customer is very common and after some customers click confirm to sent their credit card info, the page just goes dead, I been getting a lot of emails about this.

 

So any idea suggestions? PLEASE HELP as I think all my customers are getting pissed they are not getting their order and I am just sure wether to send them out or not.

I see you have had your site made for you, can the person that did the site not sort it out for you?

As a major part of the site i assume that payment processing would be included?

Nah, I did the website with another friend ourseleves,

 

 

PLEASE help, we have some many orders and we are not sure whether to fill them or not and it is a real pain and we need to figure that out and I am getting a lot of complaints but whether a order has been ship or not.
