fourtwonine Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 i need to restore the oscommerce back to the original settings that were there before i started altering php files... i have a backup performed (of products only, right?) but i've dropped accidentally some php files in the wrong folder, which over write the ones that should be there (index.php files). i would like to know how to return to original files so that i may try once again. thank you.

Hello, You just need to reinstall the package once again. on the database selection simply add your existing database details, however make sure that you un check the box that says about importing a test database (or whatever it does say!)
