Can i skip the shipping part when customer orders?

I am selling software. When customer order. They will ask to select shipping address or shipping methode. I would like to skip that part. How can i do that?

Yes, there is a way to do it. Though I'm not sure why you'd want to... anyway go into your shopping_cart.php file and around line 221 where the image for the checkout button is, change FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING to FILENAME_CHECKOUT_PAYMENT, and that should do it. There might be some variables and stuff from he first page that you might have to work around, but that should do it. Also, at the bottom of your pages will be the navigation bar for the checkout procedure. Make sure that you comment out those links in your other 3 checkout pages, just to be safe.

Thank you so much. I will try that. Actually, i am selling software through downloading only. I don't need a shipping information. I want to skip that part to make sure that your customer are not bothered by that page.

If I remember right there is a simple contribution to skip shipping if weight is set to zero I think it's called Freeshipping.
