Hi...im having troubles of getting this error of unable connect to the database

this is not configuration.php.You have 2 configuration.php. One is in /include/configuration.php and another in admin/includes/configuration.php.

What you have posted look like a database.php.Problem connecting to dbase it is in your setup.find your configure.php and write down the dbase name,username and password.Go to your cpanel and mysql admin and compare.Is this a clean install or you have a products added to dbase?

Have you setup a database yet?

The error message simply states that the server is not accepting your username to connect to database (if specified).

If database is setup and username / password is wrong the message says with Password Yes but in your case, it states using password: NO indicating that your database is not setup as yet.
