Protx processed but order lost in osCommerce

Hi there.

Please excuse my ignorance, I've had less than an hour working with osCommerce today and we've been put in charge of trying to diagnose a problem with Protx.

The orders are going through and the money is cleared on Protx, however, the orders aren't processed in osCommerce. So the customers are paying the money and not getting any confirmation or orders through. It seems to be intermittent at the moment.

Is this a common problem? Has it happened before for anyone? Where should I be looking for more information, are there error logs I can turn on, or debug, etc.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Adam

Protx Form or Protx Direct? (I suspect form)

Tom

lol....I suspect form too!!

I have no idea whether or not the redirect contribution fixes this - or creates this problem....

Or if it has nothing to do with it at all......

If you don't use authorise and authenticate....I think 1.16 is yor best bet.

I have a similar intermittent problem with Protx Form - I have not yet upgraded to 1.16, but I'm going to right now...

I notice some disdain towards Protx Form - does this mean it's always a better idea to go with Protx Direct?
