Customer can't recieve any email

Problem:

I can send email to customer when customer register acc in my store.

I can send email to customer by the admin function of the Oscommerce 2.2

When I use contact us, there is no error message and it return me email send message on the web page.

 

BUT THE CUSTOMER CAN't RECIEVE ANY THING????

 

I check the inbox and juke mail box, they are both empty.

 

It seems that oscommerce does not send out the email or the email is blocked somewhere.

What inbox and what is juke mail?

The contact us page does work. Have you installed anything to stop it from working?

yes every thing work ok / just when customer register they can not recieve e-mail from even when i try to use contact us its work BUT no recieving email.
