United Parcel Service We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping. Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown. It happened I did some testing, buy a product, checkout and bump into the above scenario. What's wrong? Why " We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping. " ??? The second thing I have is the shipping module from osc admin panel: I already enable UPS, but what is "Shipping zone" refer to? The place where I ship from, or the destination i'm going to ship to ??? Please help! If someone wanna give a try on the front store it's at Wendy's Jewellery, thanks!
