Thanks for those who have read my post, but failed to give me a light, because succeed resolve, and leave here a hint to whoever solve the problem, is not in words but is thus solved by now (14/11/2007, replace in include/portuguese.php in line 19 substitute:

 

define('DATE_FORMAT_LONG', '%A %d %B, %Y');

for

define('DATE_FORMAT_LONG', '%d/%m/%Y');
