leakwayk Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Hello Everyone, For far too long now I've been having some problems with a client's site I've been working on. The Paypal module is installed for credit card orders. But then all the sudden, one a customer goes thru checkout, and looks at a review of their order, the shipping costs no longer appear. However, shipping is included in the final price. Also, these orders are not being shown on the admin screen, however in the database they are there. Along with all these issues, the shipping and final total is not showing up in invoices. And to make things even worse, I was under the impression the inability to log on the admin side was a Paypal problem however we placed a test order with check and it still didn't show up in admin. I'm at a complete lost as to what to do. This was my first stab at oscommerce & I still have a lot to learn. The website is Stickylee.com. Do not place real orders as this is a live site & it would just create more issues for myself. Along with that, I know we still have a ton of issues to work out on the site (proper linking, images & so on.) If there is anyone that could possibly offer assistance that would be great. Thanks!
