erniethemilk Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 I have a problem where orders are being placed and paid for, and the first I know about it is where money is appearing in a paypal account and I then have to go back through and ask the customer what they have ordered! No notification is sent to me as to what has been ordered. E-mail notification is correct, and when I have tried it myself it has been succesful, so its a bit of a mystery as to its infrequent nature.... I need to fix as its really doing my head in now! Can anyone offer any fixes for me on this please.
