Okay, a bit of a complicated question, but I hope somebody can help

 

I have designed a site in html which looks stunning, but I want to use the same layout in oscommerce

 

So my questions are

How do I design my own template with os

Is it possible to totally modify what I have and simply add it to my site

 

I hope somebody understands where Im coming from with this
