BuySAFE Module

Supposedly, the version of osCommerce provided by my webhost features the free buySAFE module (2.2 MS2 (060817) + buySAFE). However, after installation, I could not find the module.

 

Is there something I have to "switch on"? Has anyone encountered this problem?
