How to install "Margin Report" ?

Hi,

 

I am a newbie on OsCommerce and I try to install Margin Report module :http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1594/v,22

 

I don't understand how to install it.

PS: If you know a better module for calculating margin please let me know !
