PayFlow Pro Issue my Developer & Paypal can't figure out

Hi,

 

I am not sure if anyone can help me as it seems no one is quite sure what the problem is. I am getting this error when I try to process a PayFlow Pro credit card transaction....

 

Credit Card Error! Please try again.

There was a error, maybe the referring email is invalid or maybe your payment was declined. This could be a problem with your address information or the card number entered incorrectly. If you think this is incorrect, then please return to the shopping cart and re-enter your information. If your attempt is declined again, please contact your card issuer and try another card.

 

I have tried multiple cards and I have the same problem on them all. But they work on other sites.

I have a SSL cert, I have tried it hitting against the test server, I have tried the live server. Paypal Manager states I am in Live mode where I can do live and test transactions. Nothing works. I just keep getting the same error no matter what.

i'm assuming you tried it in just test mode w/ the test card numbers?

i've found test cards in live mode don't always work for me.

 

also, do you have any form of http referral turned on? if so, that could be creating your error.

I tried a real credit card that works on other sites. I know the card is good as I use it on my "live" site for tests.

 

What do you mean "http referral?" Where could I find out if my developer turned this on?
