Adding phone# to invoice

Relative newbie here.

 

My boss wants me to add the customer phone number to the invoice. I have tried adding telephone number by shipping_address.php, but still won't show. Which file do I need to change so that the phone number appears on the order?

 

Also, My store name does not appear on the store page, just "What's New Here? How do I change that?
