HELP URGENT- i dont know what i did, and cant fix it!

i dont know what i did. my mouse went crazy and click on a bunch of stuff in the admin area.

 

I hit BACK in my browser and found these

Looks like you did more then click something in admin. You are lucky those links to admin are password protected.
