bigchili Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 I took over an existing install, it's very old.. nothing is really working the way I think it should. I think I need to upgrade. The first step would be to backup the database... when I do this it tells me that the backup directory does not exist... but it's there... I don't know what to do... should I just do a clean install in a new directory and start over...???? chili

bigchili Posted November 12, 2007 Author Posted November 12, 2007 Where is the backup directory? When I click on Backup - it says backupdirectory = Backup Directory: /home/sites/www.awesomeoffroaders.com/web/eshop-admin/backups/ then there is a error message at the top that says Backup Directory does not exist... But when I look - it is there... Bryan
