Guest Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 ok, here's my problem. i'm REALLY new to oscommerce. in my administrator section i see options in the shipping module for flat rat, item, zones, and USPS but nothing for UPS. Do I have to add the UPS shipping module, and if so, how would i go about doing that? Quote
notubes_pete Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 Yes you have to install the UPS mod. I would go with the UPS XML. Download the complete package and follow the instructions. Use the link oldschoo gave Quote
Guest Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 I downloaded and enabled the module, which wasn't as difficult as I thought (thanks so much guys!) but I am getting this error message: 10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid. If you prefer to use ups as your shipping method, please contact Chicago Style Gourmet Popcorn via Email. Has anybody seen this before? Any suggestions? I feel like I'm so close... Quote
oldschoo Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 This is the support thread for UPS XML contribution. Try looking at these post. It's about 83 pages long so I didnt have time to find the exact post for you. Hope this helps. Also, check you error log listing in your cpanel, it might point you in the right direction. I seen something like your error before, but I can't remember exactly where I seen it. But, I hope this link will help http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=49382 " target="_blank"> http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=49382 Quote
