Paypal IPN problems

So, installed the Paypal IPN module, but ran into problems.

 

First, shipping was NOT included in the paypal bill. OSC says its charging them, but the total to Paypal was without the shipping costs. This particullar store charges 12.50 for the WHOLE ORDER, rather then for individual products.

 

The second problem was that the invoice and packing slip were both empty when we went to print them. We had a record of the order, just no details in the packing slip.

 

Any ideas?

No idea of which paypal ipn you installed.

My PayPal profile has a link for "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" (currently "Off" as directed by others).

 

Also, there's "Shipping Information" that doesn't show my preferred FedEx shipping (NO UPS account). Does "Return to Merchant" mean the link titled "Auto Return for Website Payments" under the "Website Payment Preferences"?

Please try the 'osCommerce PayPal IPN' contribution v2.3.3 from the add-on area. The stock PayPal IPN module from osCommerce 2.2 RC1 might not work in some cases.

Set IPN preferences to on

Set shipping to off

Auto Return for Website Payments put the url for your check out success
