Help! Products Disappear While Updating in Admin!

Has anyone seen this? I have been using OSC for a year now. I am currently using a heavily modified 9/30 snapshot.

 

While in one category, I tried updating the Product Quanity of one item. I clicked on Preview, and then tried to click Update. The page went blank. I then clicked the Back button. The product was gone! It was deleted from the db!

 

I then tried doing the same to another product in the same category. Same problem, yet this time two more products disappeared...deleted from the database.

 

I am now afraid to do anything using the Admin panel. I ended up using PhpMyAdmin to change the Product Quanity.

 

Any idea as to what's up here!
