adding of term n condition...

hi

i would like to ask how am i able to add the term n condition into the site.

 

what i am going to do will be

 

1 create a new file called term.php

2 type in the condition n terms

3 save n close

4 go to columme_left.

5 add in term.php

 

is this the correct steps? or is there any more additional steps i need to take? i will be trying this out tomorrow as I am going to bed. i cant open my half shut eyes....
