Guest Posted November 10, 2007 Posted November 10, 2007 I'm trying to use OsCommerce for my used bookstore website (soon to be, I hope). Anyhow, I've set up OsCommerce and for the most part have been successful - however there are two huge glitches that I'm pulling my hair out over trying to figure out! 1) When trying to add an item to my cart, I get a pop-up that states the website and server info are two different ones and do you want to proceed? The problem here is my store name - lostintimeantiques.net and the "server" name are different - my ipower server name is "host(somethingorother). Does anyone know where in the OsCommerce system I would need to go and change the names so they jive? 2) When I click on "checkout" I get the dreaded 404 server can not be found error - so I must have a missing link somewhere! Where?!?!?!??!?!?!
germ Posted November 10, 2007 Posted November 10, 2007 You've set SSL to "true", but have no SSL certificate (or have an incorrect link to it). Alter your config files and correct the link or set SSL to "false".
