germ Posted November 10, 2007 Posted November 10, 2007 I installed this script on a site a few years ago: Simple Chat 1.3 As I recall it was one of the few things that I installed with no problems, and it was easy to setup. It's not a "customer support program", per se, just a simple, easy to install and run, chat page for any web site. It may suit your needs. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
