kitemantoo Posted November 10, 2007 Posted November 10, 2007 When a customer purchases a product from my store the shpping charge is added, when they go to the PayPal gateway to pay using a credit card the shipping charge is no longer there so they pay for the product but don't pay for shipping even though it shows on the invoice in oscommerce? I have created numerous tickets with PayPal and they have not been at all helpfull. Any help would be appreciated. www.fullahotair.com

I looked in PayPal profile and under shipping preferences the box is checked to allow trasaction based values to override. PayPal suggested I do that the other day and that did not work, I looked in includes/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php and no_shipping is not there? any ideas?
kitemantoo Posted November 19, 2007 Author Posted November 19, 2007 Thank you Jim I changed the value of no_shipping to 2 and I am not having that problem any more it has been several days and I think that problem is fixed.
