Kuthroats Posted November 10, 2007 Posted November 10, 2007 • I'm just using PayPal as the only options to pay for the items in my osCommerce Shopping Cart Site "wowproduct.com". • I'm getting all the e-mails from PayPal showing the customer and the payment has been confirmed, but no items, just the web address. • I'm getting at lease half the orders e-mailed from osCommerce on what the customer ordered and the other half shows they paid (e-mail from PayPal) but no e-mail orders from osCommerce. Is it because they customer doesn't follow through with checkout or what? • I go to "wowproduct.com" to see what the customers order, because I didn't get a e-mail from osCommerce ,the orders doesn't even exist? • What does show is that they sign in as a new customer and e-mail on file, but no order? Please, if anyone can help me with this problem. Randy

Regardless of what Paypal tells you, the customer must end up back at your site for the sale to register on your shopping cart. Login to your paypal account and go to Profile>Website Payment Preferences. Auto return should be on. The return URL should be set to http://{yoursite.com}/checkout_success.php Do not give the customer the option of paying without a Paypal account, this also keeps them from returning to your site.
