Font, Formatting, and Bullet Point Options for my Product Descriptions

I assume this is a very newbie question, but I am a newbie, and did try to perform numerous searches on the topic before hand.

 

Do I have nearly unlimited options to customize the format, font, size, etc of the product descriptions on my website. For example on this page: http://www.pelagicgear.com/shop/product_in...d03092d318e0d06

 

As you can see the product name and description are all written very plainly. I would like to revise this format on all of my products, and switch to something more like this:

Tempest Waterproof Jacket $169.00

 

When the sea fights you, fight back.

° 100% Nylon "Storm-Tex" fabric

° 100% waterproof-breathable membrane

° Taped sealed seams

° Mesh lined zipper vents

° Water proof cargo pockets

° Fold out hood

° Reflective safety emblems

 

Is it just a matter of inputting the proper html, much or is it something much more complicated than that? Thanks.

I just learned some html coding to do this in my listings. Something like the following would work:

 

When the sea fights you, fight back.

<p><ul><li>100% Nylon "Storm-Tex" fabric</li>

<li>100% waterproof-breathable membrane</li>

<li>Taped sealed seams</li>

<li>Mesh lined zipper vents</li>

<li>Water proof cargo pockets</li>
