Shopping Cart & Remove Configuration Help

When content is added to a customers shopping cart and they view their shopping cart, there is a 'Remove' option on the left side, a small box next to each item that can be checked allowing the customer to click the 'update' option to clear their shopping cart of the item.

 

Here are my questions. (Yes, I did search in the KB, Contribs and here and couldn't narrow down anything specific on this topic)

 

 

Questions #1:

 

Is there a way to add a 'Remove All' option at the top where it toggles all listed items in the cart.

 

or

 

Is there a way to trade the remove box with a button that says 'Remove Item', when clicked simply removes the item from the cart instantly?

 

Also in the Quanty field, is there a way to add a mouse arrow feature to increase quanity by a click? or a drop down menu with #'s? say 1-50?
