Wildcard For Quick Search Results

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the quick search to wild card. For example I have toasters on my site, but when I enter "Toasters" as a keyword in the quick seach box nothing is returned. When I add just the word "Toaster" all the toasters appear. I really need the quick search box to wild card. I can go to the advanced search page and set it to search the descriptions and put the word toasters in the decription with the color white so it doesn't show up and find them that way, but I don't think that is going to go over well with the search engines. Can anyone help out?

Has this been resolved? I also would like to be able to add the hidden % to the search box
