I need to add a flat rate for all shipping, depending on the country that it's being sent to. There will be only three rates: - US - Canada - everywhere else. Each will have a different rate. The customer won't have the option of selecting a different shipping option. I've been playing around with the Shipping Module, but the "Zone Rates" option seems to be tied in with the weights of the products - which has no relevance for me. How would you go about implementing this?
