Homepage styling

Currently when you acess my site www.206styling.co.uk you are greated with an OScommerce title bar and a page full of instructions. Ideally I would like to change this to make it look a more pressional, so maybe take away the OScommerce title bar and replace it with 206styling and remove/reduce the page of notes for example.

 

I would be extremely greatful for any help and advice you could give
